CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients and maintain efficient scheduling.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation.

Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Service Agreement

By booking an appointment with The Starting Lineup WC, you agree to these terms of service and our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and tap-to-pay (contactless payment). We do NOT accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or other mobile payment apps.

Service Modifications

Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, and complexity of requested services. Your barber will discuss any price adjustments before beginning the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can make it right. Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours.

Liability

The Starting Lineup WC is not responsible for allergic reactions to products used, unless you have informed us of allergies beforehand. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

Photo and Media Release

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to have your photo taken or used in our materials.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Sanitation Standards

All tools and equipment are sanitized between each client using hospital-grade disinfectants. Stations are thoroughly cleaned after each service.

Health Screening

Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illness. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if you appear ill.

Hygiene Requirements

All clients and staff must wash or sanitize hands upon entering the shop. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.

Capacity Management

We maintain appropriate spacing between stations and limit the number of people in the shop to ensure comfort and safety for all.

Staff Health

Our team follows strict health protocols and stays home when unwell. All barbers are trained in proper sanitation and safety procedures.
